How to not 'Exclude(locations)' for WindowsSearch4 files ?

    Added Windows Search 4.0 for Windows XP via WindowsUpdate and trying to determine if possible/where to NOT exclude files (like ApplicationData, ProgramFiles...) per attached screenshot.

    I think that is a default search setting for the indexer. You might be even able to remove it and then just start over. Might be wrong on that, but you could simply add those as locations to index even if it's not possible to remove the default ones.

    Click on Modify to change what the program indexes.

    Thanks for the reply.
    Its set to index the entire C:\ drive, and with the advanced settings, set to index all file types (scrnsht attached).
    But indexing doesnt have that many 'items listed'.
    Guess still looking for way to reset default exclusion list. :confused
