How to put a mpeg dvd quality movie onto a dvd without lossing quality

    Hey

    I download some movies and i want to put them onto dvds but when i did it they lost alot of its quality. Does anyone know how to put dvd images that are mpegs onto dvds without lossing quality?

    I tried converting it with TMPGEnc then transfering it to .ifo and stuff with TMPGEnc DVD Author, but it reduced the quality alot.
