How To Reinstall A Network Usb

My wireless USB requires a special driver on a disk. I had forgotten about it and with my new computer, it started to stop working every few minutes. At first I thought it was a virus, and posted in the malware forum. I looked up my hardware on line in the middle of it and learned that I needed to use the forgotten disk. Although it was advised to plug into a rear usb, I plugged it in up front--so hard to get to the back. I didn't want to keep plugging in and unplugging from the back. I loaded the driver and all was cool, until I decided it was time to move it to the back before I bumped and broke it. Now it is back to acting like before I installed the driver. I tried to reinstall, but it won't work.

Can you tell me how to uninstall and reinstall it? I did try, but it wouldn't work.

About my computer:
1. OS is WIN Home (x64) Ver 1909, build 18363592
2. My computer was built by my son (yes, he is qualified, but this was his first) I'm attaching a pdf of my computer profile.

Ok, I successfully uninstalled and reinstalled the usb where I want it, but it continues to wink out after a few minutes. My internet goes away and I have to run through a troubleshoot to reconnect.

What do you need to know about my installation or parameters of the usb (Belkin N300) adapter.
