   I am having an issue and was told I need to reinstall my usb drivers? How do I do that and where can I find those drivers? I am running windows xp

   Go into 'Device Manager' click on + sign on USB then right click on Standard Enhaced PCI to USB Host Controller and uninstall/Reboot and another driver will be assigned.
