How to Remove 4safefilter.com Proxy

    Some one installed 4safefilter.com proxy services on one of our church computers without authorization. I am trying to remove it but cannot.

    I tried to go to Tools>Internet Options>Connections>LAN Settings but everthing is grayed out.

    We cannot download Windows Updates with this installed. Anyone know how to remove it. So far I called the company (tech support) but they are saying we have to email tech support (how lame?) because they cannot find the account. I am an IT consultant for the church and am only here 4 hours a week.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    @ rmhickey: You have replied to a 3 year old thread. If you need assistance, please be more specific as to the nature of your problem.

    If it is an issue with a proxy server, then read this:
    Change Proxy Settings.
