   Need to know the drill for ditching AOL programs. I have one left in the Add/Remove applet, Windows XP Pro, simply called "America Online" with no other notes, no dates. of course, simply clicking "Remove" does nothing, it trips out to an AOL webpage, says "nothing there" and that's that.
   
   do I have to do this the brutal way?
