How to remove AVG Free 8.5

Try Revo Uninstaller and see if that will help.

Another thought is to re-install AVG 8.5 and then see if that re-installation gives you back the uninstaller or option in Add/remove? can as AVG is upto version 9.x now gett older versions HERE

Dont know what version AVG is on that PC, if you can tell I can find (hopefully) the correct version to try and overwrite the already installed one, but I can download this version in http://download.oldapps.com/AVG/avg_free_stf_en_85_420a1700.exe which is 8.5 build 420


If you cannot download normally try another PC to download it to and transfer by USB pen or CD/DVD, or try a download manager and this one is ok (but if the pc is finding it hard to download then you may need to suspect malware as the cause and in that case run through out malware Read and Run me as stickied int he malware forum and then once finished attach the logs to a new thread in the mawlare forum)
