How to remove hpztsb04.exe (HP Driver)

hpztsb04.exe is printer driver for HP printers (I had a HP deskjet 930C a long time ago).

In my case hpztsb04.exe has lived on and started every time i start my PC (I can also see it in MSConfig).
After a lot of searching on the internet I have found the way to remove it.

Of course, first uninstall your printer software as usual and only if the file resides after that, perform the steps below - you can follow this instruction from HP how uninstall pronter software Uninstall instructions for software at HP

TO REMOVE hpztsb04.exe

IN WIN XP SP2 it looks like this
1. Open "Printer and faxes"
2. Choose File - Server properties from the "Printer and faxes" window
3. Select tab "drivers"
4. Click on the HP driver you want to remove under "installed printers" and press button "Remove"

That should do it

I thought that would be enough, but it wasn't.
When i restarted the PC, the printer driver was removed - so that worked.
BUT in MSConfig i can still see hpztsb04.exe and it still resides in its directory at
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3"

hpztsb04.exe seems to be a HP toolbar according to many sites.

Have googled my eyes of and searched HP's help directory but nowhere can i find a way to uninstall this crappy lill software. I can not see it in started services nor in the taskbar, but since it is present in "run" in the registry I am sure it starts (probably hidden?).

Hmmm...this is a bit odd?
If anyone got any idea to get rid of it please let me know.
