How To Remove This Compatibility Notice?

I have a few older apps that were installed and worked great on my Windows 7 setup (no issues whatsoever). When I upgraded to Windows 10, they are still fine. But the Compatibility Assistant keeps giving me the old "Program may not work correctly, reinstall this app to fix any problems - Learn more or Dismiss" notice.

It's driving me crazy because it keeps happening and I have to dismiss the notice over and over. I have not found a compatibility mode that corrects this, and there is no setting in the notifications area I can see that allows me to turn this off for just this program (I like my other notices).

Any thoughts on how to tackle this, or something I've missed?

Have you tried reinstalling those programs or would you prefer not to risk losing said programs?

I would certainly hate to lose it. But I do have the original installer. I could uninstall and do a fresh reinstall. Are you saying that with a compatibility issue like this, it might not reinstall once I remove it? Or it'll just repeat the error once I put it back (which is fine I guess).

If the Program is no longer compatible with Windows then it may not reinstall. I would try running the setup/installer using compatibility mode to see if they do install without that error.
You could create a system image using Macrium Reflect (& create their boot USB) beforehand in case the programs no longer work at all.

    Which programs are affected?

    UPDATE

For anyone reading this later that has this problem, there is no need to uninstall. I just reinstalled the same installer over the old program (not updating, just keeping the same version) and it worked fine now. It just needed to get refreshed I guess. Thanks all!
