How to restore Winkey + E

Hi, I need a major geek.

When I start Windows, I like to open 2 Explorers bij pressing Winkey + E (or Windows Logo Key - I don't know the official name for this key). It will then show 2x My Computer.

Since a few days, this key doesn't respond anymore. The other Winkey combinations (Winkey + M, Winkey + Break, ...) are still fine. When I open
Explorer via quicklaunch, it doesn't open anymore My Computer, but My Documents.

And since I'm here now and managed to get registered on this forum, I can as well continue.
When I open these 2 Explorers, I select them in the status bar (or task bar?) and rightclick "Tile Vertically". The one that appears left in the taskbar will be on the right side of the screen and vice versa. And I would like to have that opposite.

Little annoyances, but pretty annoyant.

I have this problem on my old computer and on my new one. The thing that I installed lately on both is Bulk Rename Utility (I like it). I went

on their forum but I didn't find any mention of this problem. It might just be a coincidence.

Is there a way to restore this Winkey + E ?

System restore to a day before you noticed the problem? Maybe uninstall this Bulk Rename Utility just to see if that's responsible. If it is, I'm sure you can find another program to accomplish the same task without it causing a problem with your hotkey combos.

First I will wait for a reply from the Bulk Rename people.
If I don't get wiser from them, I will uninstall it and see if that solves the problem.
On your site I have already found another renamer that I like too: Renamer 5.20.

I'm not too crazy about System Restore though.
(Some traumatic experience)
