   Afraid my question is basic. I downloaded a benchmark program and what I got was a PHP file. What do I do with it. It says that it can be opened with MIE, but try as i will, it will not. I have WIndows 2000, completely updated, MIE 6.1.
   Program is for testing LAN Speed from byzantine software.
