I have created 3 accounts and I want to be able to edit Microsoft Word documents on all 3 users.

I know I can move the Word document to "SHARED DOCUMENTS" folder, but is there another way to do this without moving the file there?

I want to leave the file in it's original location.

    Thanks.

Right click on the folders you want access to and click on Properties. Click on the Sharing tab and allow sharing. You may want to play around with Permissions after that.
