How To Stop Media Player From Starting

There are times I like Media Player so I dont want to kill or disable it. But every time my computer sees my cell phone it starts up, which is a dang nuisance. I use the USB port on my computer to charge my phone. Occasionally I pull files or put them on my phone.

Any thoughts?

 

Hi Wendy.......Try connecting your phone to your pute, navigate to Control Panel / Default programs / Change auto play settings.

Find your phone in the list of devices and change its 'AutoPlay' action to what you require.
