How To Sync Outlook 2003 Calendar With Google After Gsyncit Stopped Supporting ?

gSyncit5 (fieldstonsoftware.com) has stopped 'supporting' Outlook 2003 for synchronizing with Google calendars.

We can still use gSyncit4, but apparently (unless someone knows different) there is no support (even though we paid for it as advertised to support) and not sure how much longer it will work.

Anyone know of other good options besides 'importing' a Outlook 2003 .cvs file (which we havent tried and, according to the Outlook 'export' process note, it offers a date range but doesnt export recurring appointments or tasks into the .cvs file) for the Google calendar ?

    Thoughts ?

We dealt with this by exporting wife's Outlook calendar to Google Calendar. She never looked back.

    Thank you for the followup.
And what about the Outlook 2003 not able to 'export recurring appointments or tasks into the .cvs file' part of the question ?

Fix them manually, it's not that difficult.

    Thanks again for the followup.
Am assuming each time the .cvs file is imported it overrides the current Google calendar and then the existing (and new) re-occurrences need to be reset manually ?
And do imported 'reoccurring' dates show up (even though not as recurrences) if they were started as a reoccurring date prior to the imported .cvs date range ?

I should have explained a little more. Wife simply stopped using Outlook Calendar after importing it to Google. If you want to keep using Outlook Calendar and keep it sync'd it with Google then I don't have an answer, but then I haven't looked for one either.

I believe so, though it was a while ago. As I recollect, everything in the Outlook Calendar got imported, regardless of date.,

    Thanks for the clarification.
The main reason here (wife and I) for the Google calendar syncing was for 'sharing' to phones, Mac, etc.
Guess when gSyncit abandons (stops working with Outlook 2003 and Google) us, we will need to do some 'experimenting'.
There seems to be a lot of online jabber about the topic :)

So there's no way you can stop using Outlook Calendar, as my wife did?
