I have a game which I want to take a screenshot of. But the graphics is an overlay, so it comes out the black screen. Anybody have an idea? For some reason I'm guessing to disable something but I'm not sure exactly what.

    Thanks.

    Hi

Try Screenshot Pilot and in its menu set a HOTKEY (say one of the F keys) then in its additional tab click Hide Application on Capture and untick Show Application after Capture, worked for me, plus choose a location to save the screenshots too as each time you hit the Hotkey an image is saved.

Only tried this back when I used XP, so not as yet tested in Vista, anotehr app but not free IIRC is FRAPS.

When I did print screen and pasted it, it just gave me a blank screen, which is due to overlays.

Discovered somehting interesting -- I windowed the game and the screenshots worked properly!

Due to a glitch I was able to jump a fence and end up here. Where am I???
