How to UN-instal parts of MS Office 2007 ?

Hi everyone.

I just wanted to find out how to UN-instal parts of MS Office 2007 ?
parts like the "groove" or "publisher" or ... which I have absolutely no use for.

I tried the "Add/Remove Software..." but the only option available is the WHOLE of MS Office package, not the sub-categories.

note: During the instalation it didnt give me any option to customize the instalation !

I have XP SP2
it is the corporate version of MS Office 2007
and yes, in the "Add/Remove ..." it does give me the "change option".

it opens up the list of prog's available.

but when I click on any of the sub-categories ( like groove or onenote or .. ) I dont see the "Un-instal" option.
I see the following options mostly:
Run from my computer
Run all from my computer
Installed on first use
Not available

I dont understand what it means by "Run from my computer" ( I assume it has something to do with a corporate network it was designed for, perhaps ).
So which option shd I click on if I want to REMOVE from the comp ?
( or shd I be selecting those that I need to KEEP ? )

Whatever has "Not Available" will be uninstalled, or at the time of installation, skipped.
