how to update network driver??

    I recently downloaded a 3C940NDIS2.zip file from asus.com to update my 3Com Gigabit LOM(3C940) onboard lan on my p4p800 mobo. A dos and nif file were included along with some text files. Aside from that there were no instructions on how to update the driver. Anyone know how to update using dos?
