how to update...

Hi frnds could anybody help to update Bios, i know it not good to do this without any knowledge, as iam fed up with my computer, i want to make any trial on this, iam worried about loosing it, damn it go to hell, so plz anybody help me:cry

its celeron motherboard with intel chipset 845, i dont know the make, coz its some local made coz i thing there no companies manufacturing MB's for celeron processors i think. My processor is celeron 2 GHz

 

if there is one problem i could explain it but there any plenty of them, like to make windows setup i have to rremove the MB from the cabinet and start discharging all the capacitors and also remove the bios battery and place it again and if i play want to play any games my screen goes blank nothing displayings i have to press the restart button and restart it again, i cant install windows XP SP3 and vista only SP2 can be installed that too student edition, i donno what is the problem but have some doubt on BIOS, it could be the culprit
