OK, so I downloaded this program called "TCP Optimizer" or something. It was supposed to make my connection faster. So I used it, and rebooted the computer. 5 seconds after I got thru the log in screen, it went into this blue screen, saying if it was a first time receiving error, blah blah blah. I rebooted several times and no cigar.

Luckily, TCP Optimizer saved a backup. How do I use this backup to restore my computer to its original state?
