How To Use A Program With .aff File Extension

Hello;

I Downloaded Advanced System Care 9.2 and it has the File extension of .AFF
Does anyone know how to Install such an application in Windows ???

It should be an exe. Anything else should be highly suspicious. If it's a crack then delete it and either buy the real thing through a free trial or find a free alternative. Cracks often include everything from of adware to some pretty nasty malware.
