How To Use Memoryze Software In Running Windows

Hi, I downloaded the said program from majorgeek and installed it. I open this as administrator. After UAC prompt, there was a flash of cmd screen and then vanished.
I do not know, how to use it.
I want to run memory test in running windows, unlike memtest 86 or windows memory test.
Can any one say, how to use the program to check the memory test

i have used memtest86 and windows memory, which found no problem, but i have sudden freezing of pc duing session.
there are patch files in the folder downloaded ,and if i click those, it opens as xml format, which i could not understand.
could you suggest a memory software, that would check during using windows.
i tried sfc and it shows no integrity violations
tried chkdsk /r and it found no bad sectors.
sudden freeze force me to power off either power off switch, or main switch.
how to find which makes my pc freeze.
should i change the memory slot.
which will clearly show the memory defects results
