Hello! New to the thread- thanks for reading. I work from home and my current setup is a Dell Latitude E5430 on a docking station with 2 large computer monitors. I love having the dual screens and do not want my small laptop screen to be one of them. I am interested in purchasing a large TV and using this for work instead. I know I can use an HDMI cord to view my computer screen on the TV and I know I can have an "extended desktop" and have 2 screens (1 on TV 1 on laptop), but this doesn't still doesn't cut it.

What I would MOST like is to use the TV and display 2 or more "windows" all on the TV. I don't want to look at the laptop screen- just the TV. How can this be done? What TV would I need to buy? Ideally I would like to split the TV into 4 equal sections that each can display something (E.g 1 section has an Excel sheet displayed, 1 section has my email displayed, 1 section has a PDF file open, 1 section has Google Chrome showing). Then have the ability to drag windows between the sections, quickly switch to a full screen or 2 windows split equally, etc. Hopefully that all makes sense.

Thanks so much for any help you can offer - I sincerely appreciate it!

    Andy
