I have windows XP, and I want to be able to read Chinese on my computer. So far, I downloaded some files from microsoft and I am able to see chinese on internet explorer or typed up in chat windows, but unable to see actual file names on my windows. They appear in wierd symbols and boxes. Would anyone be able to help me by giving a link for a download or steps I can follow to be able to see files on my windows XP.

    Thanks in advanced :)

Under regional settings/options find chinese and check the box that has chinese. Windows alredy has Traditional chinese there.
