How will my GPUs fare?

I'm no Guru; I've not built my first computer yet( getting closer).I've started and stopped over the last year as money has become available. Scraping together the parts in this list, minus the Hard Drive and Processor.

I have two of the 120mm fans on intake, one on exhaust and a mesh top on the case with the 200mm fan blowing out. Ive put them all in a while back and hooked up the PSU, runs quiet and should have decent air flow

The main question I have is about the SLI GTX 480s, I bought them off of a friend for 30$(USD) for both and was told they would be good for Graphic Design work.

I plan on running at least youtube/Spotify/I-Heart along with the programs (I'm stuck on CS6 still). I will be playing a few games, like LoL, Portal 1&2 as well as a few others I may pick up along the way. I basically plan on using this rig daily for surfing and light-medium gaming with an emphasis on the Graphic Design aspect. I want to make it more than a hobby.
A Few Points On The Build

**I chose a hybrid drive simply for cost and ease of use over the SSD/HDD setup(if it's easy please, show me)

**I do not plan to OC.

** I have all the parts but Hard Drive and Processor(other sites keep trying to suggest completely different builds not help me learn the info I need to decide upgrades or even suggest any...Just throw builds at me, so had to make that point)

** The PSU does fit, IDK why PCPartsPicker says it doesn't.

**I'm a noob[ish], and so understand very little Tech Lingo(hence figuring out the GPU stuff being so hard for me)

One other thing, I do know I need to find a few good videos/ tutorials on the actual building process, updating the bios...the whole thing had some downloaded but this old Dell Studio is dying fast.

If you've made it this far, THANK YOU for your time...

I've always had good results with negative pressure in the case. This means that I don't use intake fans, and my exhaust is 120mm, and the PSU fan is 140mm.

The intake is at the bottom of the case, and the inrush air will chill your hand.

Hmm, something i'd have to look in to. not sure how i'd pull it off in this case. drop the rear exhaust fan and reverse the front ones maybe...there is that mesh top but keep it as is...I'll have to see if any one else has done that with the mesh top evo there. Might be too many holes

did find this to help with dust
