How???

    I just picked up 2 computers that have been totally wiped. Quite literally - the only thing on it is the command.com at the c prompt - how do I go about getting a windows system or anything on it. I tried using a boot disc that doesn't work - it doesn't even reconize my cd drive - HELP!!!
