So I was off work and surfing and found this place and thought I would join up. I don't have much more to say right now except I need to start reading some of the older posts to get up to speed before I can start posting.

Welp, Im riding along with y'all now, and everything seems to be operating just fine. I decided to go ahead and run F@H on my Windows, seeing as I use it more often than Linux. Also, I had a few problems getting F@H to run smoothly on Linux, but no worries because its working just fine on Windows. Actually about to be finished with my second WU. Woot woot!

 

Welcome to the "Fold"

as to using linux to fold,I do not run FAH in GUI on linux.
once download and chmod +x FAH504-Linux.exe,which allows it to run/operate,I log out of the window manager on linux,thereafter at the prompt I type in ./FAH504-Linux.exe -verbosity 9
it runs fine on my linux boxes.
