   i have a hp 3800 that has media center insatlled on it and i love it and it has worked just great up until now when i try to use the picture part of media center it locks up and quits all the the other parts work fine need help

   Is this the TV Picture area or the Picture Library area?
   
   Have you updated your Media Center software to latest version if available?
   
   Have you tried to update your graphics card driver to see if that fixes this freeze and quit?
   
   As it has just statred to happen, what new software have you installed, can be drivers also?
