HP 563w problem with diver sound

Please, help me, I have exactly the same problem that jamesieone, but i dont understand this page and I really want to know how jamesieone solve the problem... ( sorry for the English, but im Mexican and I dont understand too much the english)... if jamesieone see this message, please HOW SOLVE THE PROBLEM, I have the same pc, the same sound card, everything. If someone PLEASE could help me I really apreciate it... THANKS

Thanks for the help, but I already fix the problem, one of my friends told me: "check the fabricant of the sound card", but this was useless because I didn't found the correct driver... What I did was this: I put myself to find drivers of computer model similar to my computer and I found a driver that read this: "533w and others" ( my computer: 563w ) and this really fix my problem. But the problem don't solve yet, yellows ' ? ' appear in my " administrador de dispositivos" ( device manager??) exactly on "otros dispositivos" ( other devices?) - "controlador de bus serie universal" (USB controller? or something) and "Controlador bus SM" ( bus SM controller??). Thanks. I think that I put myself to find these controllers... Thanks again...
