HP 9680 643 bit printer driver

Hello

I am looking for a 64 bit printer driver for HP 9680 deskjet. I am running windows 7 professional 64 bit. I am connecting the printer via USB.

I have tried installing the only driver I could find on the HP website, but it is for the 9800 series and does not work. The other driver for the 9680 is for xp and it works for windows 7 32bit, but not 64!

My other option is to buy and install a LPT CPI video card and use the other cable I have for the printer, but I do not know if this works with windows 7 64bit.

If anyone knows of a fix for this, or somewhere I can find a driver, please help!

This printer is very important for my business for mapping purposes and I would hate to have to purchase another.

You have to use the driver for the HP 9800 inside of Win7 64bit.

I tried this already, has not worked for connecting via usb. Unless I installed it incorrectly, but I tried several times and this option has not been successful. Thanks for the input though, I'll try it again..
