HP Blues

Hello -

I recently changed my black ink cartridge on my HP copier.
Every time I turn the printer on now I keep getting a test sheet that I'm supposed to place in the copier section and then press SCAN (The sheet doesn't instruct you to do so - the picture just shows it that way).
I insert it and run it and then use the printer.
However, every time afterward use the printer it spits out that test paper.

What to do?
