HP C5280 cartridge removal

I want to change ink cartridges in my HP C5280.
I have successfully accessed the cartridges. The instructions call for "pressing down on the cartridge, and it will 'snap.' Then to remove cartridge pulling it out.
I pushed down, the unit snapped and the cartridge is now sloping down to the front. However, I cannot get the cartridge released, and I obviously do not want to force anything.
Anyone with suggestions?

and all I see that pushing down does is release the black tab at the back of the cartridge. If you can see that black tab (In figure #2 it is directly behind the vertical green line coming from the 1) then I would say the cartridge is not locked and give it a bit stronger tug to try to remove it.

tgell - That was the definitive answer.
Following the sequence in the clip, I pushed the power button, turned the machine on, then just the slightest of tugs and the cartridge came right out.
