I put brand new lamps in this UV printer just a few weeks ago. UV lamps are set to high, but banners are not cured. The ink rubs off on your hands.

We run two of these printers, and both are not curing on banner material well, so am wondering if it is an environmental issue?

Print jobs on coreplast cure just fine on one of them. The real problem printer is setup as a banner printer only. Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

Well, we fixed it. Slowed down the printer from Production back to High Quality. Prints cured, just takes longer to print them.
