   My printer won't print, light is blinking. I checked the rear side, no jammed paper. It says printer is off.

   What Windows version and Service Pack are you using?
   
   What you could do is to follow the troubleshooting HERE various different things to try,
   
   I think one maybe the printer queue is corrupt and a clean out of it may help and info and a FixIt HERE
