Hp dv 1000 drivers

Missing a whole bunch of drivers for an HP DV1000.

Model # dv1738od

Attached everest report and screenied device manager with missing driver list. Tried drivers on some of the HP links and managed to fix graphics and sound so those 2 are find and chipset is also done too. Problem lies with remaining drivers, i'm guessing modem, card reader and the quick buttons thing like volume and dvd controls above the keyboard if that makes any sense :confused

Hi Madpuss

All drivers are HERE for your version of HP and Windows XP

I would be at some point updating to SP3 or perferabily SP2 as some later drivers may not like RTM.

I would again from HP install the Intel Chipset then reboot.

Then install the UAA Driver then the Audio driver, then reboot, and then install Mobile Intel 945GM Express Chipset Family Driver and reboot, then install

Intel PRO Network Adapter Driver
Intel PRO/Wireless Drivers
Intel SATA AHCI Controller Driver
HP Quick Launch Buttons
Synaptics Touchpad
HP Webcam 1000 Driver

And see where your upto in Device Manager after a reboot. Only mentioning installing some of the things you mentioned you installed as they are in your screenshot as not installed, hence the yellow ! mark.
