hp dv6 wont boot

I just recently soldered a new dc jack onto a wire harness and the computer finally has power. The batter charges fine when plugged in as well as all the lights. When I go to fire the computer up you hear everything turn on, cd rom checking for cd fan spinning, but the screen does not turn on and there are two leds the are in a constant flash: one being a top right just above keyboard and one being bottom left just below keyboard.

I double checked all my connections, everythings connected right. I even tried starting it without my hard drive plugged in, removed one of my memory sticks, then moved that one to the different slot kept trying, i dont no whats going on now. Before the dc jack screwed up everything was fine, although I had to take apart the laptop to get to it I assembled everything as I had removed it.

Any ideas?

(I also looked for hp blinking codes but they dont have those on their site)

 

* Double check to be sure no excess solder is creating a short.

* Try pulling the CMOS battery for a minute or so to reset the BIOS.

* Use a multimeter to check the DC output of the power supply. Although rare, I've seen cases where an older notebook power supply drops its output voltage prior to its final death. This can sometimes cause the fans to turn without the PC booting.

i used an ohm meter to make sure all the wires were properly soldered before it was connected to my computer. And I have checked with a volt meter and made sure the board was getting full power.

And I took the battery out and tried again but that did not work either. Any more ideas?

Oh and the computer is running, you can here the cpu making a little bit of noise.
