    Hi There,

I have a HP pavilion ze5600(us) laptop, and just recently reinstalled windows xp. That worked fine - however my processor, which used to 'rev up' from time to time, has been very quite since the new install. As a result, it is as though the processor were a 200mhz speed as opposed to a 2.80Ghz; everything loads veeeryy sloowlly. And I can just forget about using photoshop or playing any games the way I was doing before the reformat...

Is this a driver issue? Is there some option in windows for enabling decent processor acceleration?

Please Help and Thank you all!! : )
