Hp Laptop Wont Wake Up From Sleep Mode

    Hi all I have an hp 15N-230us Laptop windows 10 64 bit with 4 gigs memory. I had to do a total clean install. Well every since doing the install my computer now when I close the lid wont wake up. I have never had that issue until the clean install. Can someone please help me fix this issue?

    Check your power settings in Control Panel. You can choose what action the machine takes when you close the lid and it sounds like yours is set to shut down rather than sleep.

    Sorry I should of mentioned I did that from the start. I even went into trouble shooting to see if it would fix the issue I am testing that right now. Thanks
