HP LJ 1505 to print server

Hi...

I have a HP LJ 1505 and i want to connect it to network via print server. The printer didn't respond at all. I have installed the driver of course.
The print server works well with other printers (Epson, HP LJ 1010)

Is someone know this issue?

did you print out the settings page and get the IP?
can you connect to the IP address if the server has a 'web' interface?
how did you add the printer to your PC?
The printer has an internal print server or you're sharing via a PC 'print server'?

 

the printer has no an internal print server, i use 'third party' print server.
this print server has 2 usb ports and 1 paralel port. the first usb port connects to HP LJ 1010 and the paralel port connects to epson. both are working well.

Is it possible that the print server doesnt support the new printer? or the printer has no support for print server?
