HP OfficeJet 4315 All-in-One Problem

    I have a HP OfficdeJet 4315 All-in-One printer, scanner & fax that will no longer scan.
    I get an error message "Unexpected Internal Error while Scanning" a pop-up from HP comes up and tells me to download a fix from HP, downloaded it and it still has the same problem.
    The fix doesn't work! I've run the HP Scan Diagnostic Utility 4.0 it says "Driver is corrupt and requires a unistall & re-install of the product software. Is there a gernic software that I can download to fix my problem?

    The drivers for your printer are here. You should see if you can remove your current drivers in Add/Remove programs.
