Was wondering if anyone else has this problem and if so if they have found a resolution to it???

First let me say that I have been in contact with Microsoft and they can't find a solution to my problem and referred me to HP support who I am currently working with and they are unable to find a resolution.

    Information -
Computer - Windows OS = XP (issue occurs on both editions Home and Pro) The only reason I know it occurs on both editions is it was happening on the Home Edition before that computer was taken out by lightening and we had to use our 2nd computer which is XP Pro as our main computer. Only one computer is ever hooked up to the printer and only one computer can ever print to that printer. I want to make sure you all understand that the printer is NOT networked or shared it is used by and connected to ONE COMPUTER ONLY.
Printer - HP Deskjet 9650 but issue is happening on any HP printer that is connected to a computer using Windows XP for an OS. Print preview screen is enabled within the printer settings.

Issue - Computer uses the Fast User Switching within XP to switch between users. When more then one user is signed in the one who is trying to print something can't as the print preview screen is sent over to another logged in user. So the person who is trying to print has to get the other logged in user to log back into his/her account using the Fast User Switching so that the one trying to print can finish printing the item.
There is no pattern it doesn't matter which user is logged in as long as other users are logged in as well the print preview screen is sent over to whoever else is logged in. It doesn't even matter if the User Account is Administrative or Limited user. Limited user tries to print and the Print preview screen can be sent to an Account administrative user, Account administrative user can try to print and the print preview screen will be sent to a limited user account type.
If only ONE user is logged in the print preview screen does show up on that Users Screen the issue only happens if more then one user is logged in.

Does anyone else have this issue??
Has anyone else found a resolution to this issue??

Like I said its with all HP printers that are on XP operating systems and the print preview screen only shows up under another user when more then one user is logged in.

Thanks for any help and advice anyone can give me and I have tried from Microsoft:
Clean Boot, New User Accounts to see if problem with users, system repair, delete current driver and reinstalled.
    I have tried from HP:
Uninstall and run Scrubber Utility and reinstall, uninstall, run scrubber utility and reinstall a different printer driver.
None of the above helped to resolve my issue.

    Thanks,
    sw :)
