Hp Printer Issue

I have a very puzzling problem. My client has a HP Deskjet 3632 and there two laptops that print wireless to it. A Lenovo and a Toshiba. The Lenovo and my own HP laptop print fine. All laptops have Windows 10. The Toshiba Satellite C655-S5049 will print to my HP Photosmart C7250, but will not print wireless to the Deskjet 3632. In addition, the Toshiba will not print when connected by USB to the Deskjet 3632. The prints go into the queue, the disappear as if they printed. There is no print to file or print to PDF on Devices and Printers. The only item showing is the Deskjet 3632. I used Revo Uninstaller to remove all the Deskjet 3632 from the laptop. Is the a Toshiba or Windows 10 update that is interfering with the printer? Is the print going to a mysterious file that is not showing? Any suggestions will greatly be appreciated.
