    I cannot use image zone on my printer. I have re-installed the printer, but it still gives the same error (HP.CUE.GALLERY.IMAGE.MANAGER.KEYWORDS threw an exception). The computer is not under warranty, so technical support is useless. Do you have any suggestions?

    It is more of a Software issue, then printer. Try GiMP, or one of the other image manipulation programs out there. HP Image Zone is known to have some problems with certain printers. BTW, is this a TWAIN issue with said printer?
