   Do you have any other model numbers on the scanner as that code C7716A is for the automatic document feeder add-on for HP scanners?
   
   
   As that auto sheet feeder likely came with or was an add-on to the C7400c Scanner then this is the driver http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...us&dlc=en&submit.y=5&submit.x=4&lang=en&cc=us choose your Operating System from the list for correct driver.
   
   If its a different scanner model then post the model number of the scanner, it will be on a label on the back, or underneath etc.
