Will not start, when power button pressed the fan spins for a second then nothing. I have replaced motherboard and checked power supply and tried different universal power supply. Drive reads fine hooked up externally. Any idea what to check now? Thanks Michael

I see this is an all-in-one so it is like a laptop rather than a desktop computer.
I suspect the GPU is soldered to the motherboard so you can't swap that out.

About the only thing left to test is CPU and RAM sticks. Run memtest86 from a USB stick, if possible. Since it doesn't stay on, you might not be able to get into the BIOS to boot from a USB stick. (Our laptops automatically boot from USB so perhaps yours does also).

Is this the same all-in-one that the hard drive died in earlier this year?

Just in case some comes across this thread, while I was waiting for cpu to come in. I just started unplugging items one at a time and hit start button. Tried hard drive, dvd, tv tuner, Wi-Fi and then rear i/o board. Bam starts up, plug I/o back in no start. I/o board on the way....

i had a problem with the ATI GPU glitching every few seconds, so i stripped the 610 down cleaned the internal fans and repaisted,
still problem there while i was inside the computer i noticed that the Gpu is a daughter board so i removed it hopping that it had an internal intel graphics...... put it back together and no display no nothing..... so went in again looked around i did find an intel chip so whats going on looked some more and about an inch from where the gpu daughter board there are two matching connectors one white and a black connector but only the black one has a cable, so i pulled the cable out of the black connector and placed it in to the white connector, now with the ATI GPU daughter board removed i put the computer back together and display works on Intel chip-set and it works fine.... then i tried to back the gpu board but finally killed it i put it back in to the computer and swapped the video cables back this time i only get the fans spin up for about 2 seconds then dead. so i took gpu out put cable back and now running on intel chipset. so the as to the dead unit it could just be the gpu board is dead and needs pulling out and moving the cable over.

ps i need help my 610 was upgraded to win 10 and nothing worked but it destroyed the recovery partition i have put it back to windows 7 but cant get the tuner or the hdmi ports working can some one do me a solid and copy the recovery disk for me i would be happy to pay please please
