HPBPRO and HPBOID are Killing my Server

Every few days or so I check my Terminal Services server and find multiple (like 20-30 each) instances of HPBPRO.EXE and HPBOID.EXE running. This server does a lot of printing to both HP and Brother printers over the network. I understand that the HP exe's are run either each time someone prints or on occasion by the system. Either way, they run for a second and then stay resident in memory. They aren't eating up any of my CPU cycles but they eventually take up all of the RAM.

So far I haven't found anything that will prevent this from happening and I hope someone here can help me.
