I have a server running Windows 2003 Server and it serves as my Terminal Services server for about 65 users. My problem is that HPBPRO and HPBOID are creating multiple instances of themselves (presumably whenever anyone prints throug TS) and it's eating up my server's resources.

How can I keep this from happening? I have searched the web and found some hints on HP forums but my problem persists.

    TIA for any help!
