Hptlbxfx.exe Error

Hi all.... I continue to get an error massage when trying to run the HP Toolbox in my computer to try to receive faxes and not waste paper.

I've re-installed the software over and over. It install correctly 100%. But I continue to get the same error massage " HP Toolbox has encounter an error and can not recover. Restart Toolbox or PC. You will not receive alert massages until HP Toolbox is restarted".

I'm using Vista and Printer HP 3390.

Any taughts on how to fix this?

Yes..... I had actually installed the software before and it was working OK. All of the sudden it stoped and began giving me this error massage.

The software is installed but I notice that the icon for Toolbox is in a different format and it's not read.

Any taughts
