    I keep getting this message

    RTL -(window name)

    unable to start driver HPZipm12m.exe


    it comes up like everynow and then and kicks me off my game

    do you know how to get rid of it?

    I have S&D, adaware, hijack , please let me know what to do .Thanks

    If you have a HP Printer, than it is letting you know it is disconnected or that an update is needed.
    HP = Company: HP ( www.hp.com ) or Hewlett-Packard
    ( www.hp.com )
