HAPPY 4TH OF JULY EVERYBODY !!!!!!!

I'm about to install a AMD Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego into a A8N Premium MoBo, CPU is installed, directions for the HSF are not very clear as to weather there is TIM "factory" applied to the HS or I need to put some on, using stock HSF for now, it looks like there is a Thermal pad on the bottom of the HS, never done this before and I'm NOT sure -

Yes the thermal paste\pad is pre applied,if the bottom of the heatsink has a plastic cover this should be peeled off to expose the paste which is the grey square on the bottom of the heatsink the same size as the cpu :)
