I have created a table and I want to know how to remove the gap between the cells. I thought that I would need to set the margins in my CSS to 0px... Is that how you are supposed to do it? Because its not working!

The old way was to specify cellspacing=0 in the <table> tag. I don't know if there's some official newer way you're supposed to do it now in CSS-- border-spacing: 0px?
